"For 11 years, Derrick Spencer’s office has provided our family with outstanding customer service and advice. In particular, Office Manager Hilda Cortes, has been welcoming, informative, kind and patient as our needs changed and life presented us with insurance challenges.
Hilda has been the “constant” in a sea of change and we always knew that when we asked a question she would get us options, if there were some, or the correct answer when there was only one answer. Hilda was always timely with her responses - either by phone or email - and we felt personally taken care of. She listened to our long stories and empathized with our situations. The kind of attention we have received from Hilda and the office team is hard to find these days - they are a true pleasure to work with.
We recently moved out of Arizona and had to find another State Farm office to address our needs. We did, but they are not Hilda or Derrick and his team.
