"I recently relocated to Laveen from southern California and needed Auto Insurance in Az. I was having some sticker shock at the cost of Auto Insurance in Az and did some calling around. I called Derrick Spencer's office and was connected with Ivonne Espinoza. My initial conversation was extremly helpful, she helped guide me through the transition to Az and to State Farm along with all of my options for multiple policies. I cannot begin to tell you how much that first interaction impressed me. During the transition I had several follow up conversations with Ivonne and she was always responsive and had the answer to my questions. Today I met Ivonne in her office and now have coverage on my vehicle. I walked away from our meeting impressed by her professionalism, communication skills in explaining the new policy, and ensuring I could trust Derrick Spenser's office to handle all of my insurance needs.
